Incorrect handling of timezone in InfluxDB component #2150

Can you turn on the debugging mode and send some example code out of the log file for the InfluxDB sending part. It should look something like this: By the way you see here, that the timestamp is correct (this is the current rolling):

Which is fitting to the time in the debug log (the little differene of about 1 minute is due to the time needed for image processing. |

Here is the result from the logs: The time at the beginning of each log message is the correct local time in Germany. |

You are right. Looks like there is still an error in the version. We are about to make a new release and I don't want to invest much time in debugging the old version. |

As a workaround I just run the device in the UTC timezone, so I can well wait for the next release. |

The Problem
It looks like since a9c5beb, the timestamps of the data points sent to influxdb (at least with the v1 API) are wrong.
Running a device in the CET timezone, properly configured (so that the logs and web interface correctly show the local time), the data points are written two hours back in time, whereas before they used to be added with the correct time.
I am not sure what motivated a9c5beb, because the time zone should not have any influence in this interface: just using the UTC time and sending it as such to InfluxDB worked well before. @jomjol could you explain why you made this change?
