I saw that TBprofiler originally used drug sensitivity results from 17,000 strains as a benchmark in their literature. Now, with over 150,000 records in the SRA data on the site, I'm curious – are the drug resistance results for these new records based on TBprofiler's predictions or the experimental results from the literature? Can you clear up where the drug resistance info for the expanded dataset in the SRA section comes from? Thanks!
