Requires the eventmachine gem.
$ sudo gem install eventmachine

To start it up:
$ ruby server.rb 


CMI protcol relies on YAML (or JSON) to send defined packets.   The goal of
CMI is to provide a very simple and easy to maintain framework as well as
very a simple let of packet definitions to work with.   This means that it
will primarily focus on a robust chat protocol and be very conservative in
regards to additional features.
