Describe the bug
New users would see "please download a model" action after installed before, now we enabled OpenAI models by default so welcome state is gone. New users would not know that they should download a model to start with.

Possible enhancements:

  • Guide users to download model despite openai models status
  • Verify engine settings before setting Openai as default / disabled
  • Show proper error message
