Success Criteria

Roughly the steps are:

1. Create my-model-123 folder in /models
2. Drag and drop your my-model-123.gguf file inside
3. Restart the app

voila, model.json gets auto created for you now

But make sure the folder name matches the binary name... little frictions we're slowly fixing

We should keep both instruction sets for versions 0.4.3 users (old instructions) and 0.4.4 and up
