What are the odds of geting this to work on win3.11?

Considering 32bit support was eventually added in win3.11 through the win32s runtime, technically it should be possible!!!

I bet Win NT 3.51 would be an easier target. It has the same look and feel of the old Win 3.11, but is a full 32-bit OS running an early NT kernel. Given the short lifespan of the NT3.51, this would expand the number of applications compatible with it significantly

That would be pretty insane. Makes sense, i wonder how much of an issue the UI would be, considering that all of the winforms draw functions would be different

This guy managed to run C# code on Win 3.1 and Win NT 3.51: https://medium.com/@MStrehovsky/doom-fire-effect-in-c-running-on-windows-nt-3-51-fad6ee839345

It is not a runtime port, he just compiled the code with no dependencies. Cool anyway...
