I replate API_ID and API_HASH then run app -> log auth state: UNKNOWN

Please help me.

Could you please provide more information about at which step did this happen? The app first asks for the phone number, than for the code (optionally is asks also for the password if the account has activated the two step verification) and finally it shows the chat list.
When entering the phone number, make sure it is in international format.
Please try out the latest commits and update to the latest tdlib.

I hope this helps solving your issue.
