The bug

I have a small number of images that have the longitude incorrect (121 vs. -121) putting some pictures in China instead of California. I'd like to correct these, but I ran into a few problems:

1. On the web, I can change the location, but only by putting it on a map.
2. On iOS, I can edit the lat and lon, but I can't specify west/negative.

Reproduction steps

Any ability to edit specific lat and lon to have either western or southern coordinates will be affected.
