Normally when hovering over the assigned faces in the info panel of an image, a rectangle shows where that face is in the image. This does not happen with panoramas.
Maybe this is an issue with transforming the rectangle into the 3d space of the panorama, I'm not sure how the overlay is done normally. Personally this wouldn't be an issue if the panorama feature could be turned off, but it can't.
