  • Create a new "Feature" chapter where Livestatus, DB IDO, etc are located
  • Fix chapter sub level in Plugin Check Commands
  • Move the "upgrading from icinga1x" after library & language reference and debug. It is not so important these days than the other topics.
  • Fix various broken urls
