I need to install MSVC v143 - VS 2022 C x64/x86 builds tools (latest) but vs_BuildTools.exe (https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vs_BuildTools.exe) detects Windows 7 and refuses to install.
If I enable VxKex for it and tick to report my OS as Windows 10, it fails to download.
If I also tick "use stronger version reporting" it keeps it from launching.
