Presentation pointer doesn't turn off while changing fragment #76

The problem mainly occurs when we turn on the pointer and move to another screen without turning it off and then again go to ppt and turn on pointer then there will be two pointer

- Removed all unnecessary synchronization blocks
- Pointer window is disposed before creating new one

Fixed the server side problem. Now it won't be possible to have multiple pointers at the same time.

@wadith027 you still need to send a command to hide pointer when leaving the fragment, to fully solve the problem.
