Steps to reproduce

If you start dragging an element when the grid has a css transform property, scrolling with the mouse does not work correctly

scaling is not something I wanted to work on, but others have contributed to it but looks like are not handling scroll...

This is very important to me :(

If you have time, fixing the scrolling would be ideal
