[FEATURE] Allow schedules to have empty time ranges (out of duty team) #4845

What would you like to see!

Schedules should allow to have "normal" empty time ranges.

Example: a support team works only during specific hours (ie. Mon-Fri 9h-18h)

Changes expected:

  • no warning about time ranges without people on call
  • coverage calculation should exclude "out of duty" periods
