Description

This updates and modernizes the Budgie Edition articles. Changes include:

  • Adding the Budgie logo to the landing page
  • Adding a link to the Budgie documentation page
  • Adding a new article for migrating from budgie-desktop-view to Nemo desktop icons
  • Updating shortcuts in the Tips and Tricks article
  • Adding sections for panel applets and Raven widgets to the Tips and Tricks article

Submitter Checklist

  • Updated the "lastmod" portion at the top of any modified Markdown files.
  • Squashed commits with git rebase -i (if needed)

Discussion is ongoing about what should be included in the desktop edition sections, hence why I'm just making this a draft for now. Depending on how things shake out, the configuration page will either be updated or removed entirely, possibly with the Tips and Tricks page. If we feel that these changes can be merged in as-is, then I'll unmark this as a draft and we can do so.

Hey Evan, what do you want to do with this PR?

Most users should be on Nemo desktop icons right? I don't think we need the page with switching instructions.

The budgies branding and link update look fine

The "tips and tricks" are fine except for table formatting

I think we should merge most of this
