  1. Add support for "license-expression" in paket.template 

    NuGet deprecated LicenseUrl a while ago but Paket does not support
any of the alternatives (file and expression).

  2. Adjust two basic tests to use licenseExpression instead of licenseUrl 

    I couldn't imagine good test cases so I adjusted basic ones.
