Paket pack has issues with subfolders #812

Repro.

the result is a invalid package (getting server error 500 if I push it) in the temp folder.

If extract the nupkg then there are subfolders in reveal.js folder but package explorer is not showing these files.

@maartenba @mavnn Any ideas what might go wrong?

I'm stuck here since the package Explorer shows no errors and nuget.org is only returning 500 without details.
