Bug: Folders with names ending in .exe are recognized as executable when dropping files onto #15886

Description

Recording.2024-07-28.142050.mp4

Steps To Reproduce

  1. create a folder ending with .exe
  2. drag a file and drop onto it
  3. observe that a new tab is opened but the file is not moved into the folder

Requirements

These folders should be correctly identified as folders

Files Version

3.5.24.0 (latest dev build)

Windows Version

10.0.22631.3880

Log File

No exception appears in the log

I think we can check the item type in the logic
