This was actually already fixed:

#[derive(Debug, Encodable, Decodable, Serialize)]
pub struct ClientConfigKey;

impl_db_record!(
    key = ClientConfigKey,
    value = ClientConfig,
    db_prefix = DbKeyPrefix::ClientConfig
);

#[derive(Debug, Encodable, Decodable, Serialize)]
pub struct ClientConfigKeyV0 {
    pub id: FederationId,
}
