PCube 3.0 is a domain knowledge service system that focuses on individual entities. The main structure of the system is shown in the figure below. PCube 3.0 aims to mine and integrate multi-source heterogeneous information publicly available on the internet, providing services such as information retrieval and decision-making assistance.

Its main functions include the following:

(1) Based on the fusion of public data sources and domain knowledge, constructing a heterogeneous knowledge graph with individuals as the core through entity recognition, relationship extraction, and other technologies.

(2) Building individual portraits using multimedia data such as news, encyclopedias, Twitter, and official websites for public figures.

(3) Collecting and analyzing related hot events and their evolution, predicting the direction of events.

(4) Providing information retrieval and decision-making assistance by integrating the above information.

人立方3.0是一个以人物实体为核心的领域知识服务系统，该系统的主要结构如下图所示。人立方3.0旨在对网络上公开的多源异构信息进行挖掘和整合，提供信息的检索和辅助决策等服务。

其主要功能包括以下几个方面：

(1) 基于公开数据源和领域知识的融合，通过实体识别，关系抽取等技术构建以人为核心的异构知识图谱

(2) 针对公众人物利用新闻、百科、推特、官方网站等多媒体数据构建人物画像

(3) 收集和分析关联的热点事件及其演化，预测事件走向

(4) 综合上述信息，提供信息检索和决策辅助
