With this update, the reported glob patterns match what is passed on the command line instead of the interpolated patterns we used. This matches the behavior of eslintrc and seems preferable to me.

Refactored the glob search functionality to better handle relative paths. Also dramatically simplified the logic of figuring out which patterns to run.

Is there anything you'd like reviewers to focus on?
There is a change in behavior for patterns offoo/**/*in this PR. Previously, this would not match*.txtfiles, but I'm really not sure why. It seems likefoo/**/*should match all files regardless of extension, so I updated that test to reflect this. Please let me know if this makes sense.The error messages for patterns that don't match anything have changed. It was previously the interpolated pattern (you pass
fooand the pattern is reported asfoo/**/*.js) but now it reports the posix-normalized pattern. This is closer to matching what eslintrc does, which has the original pattern without it being posix-normalized. I think this changes makes sense but wanted to double check with the team.
