As the field of ST is fastly growing, I'd like to test BayesSpace on my MERFISH dataset which belongs to Imaging-based ST where the cells locate in a truly biological manner rather than predesigned grid like Visium. So how can I tune corresponding parameters to run? Issue #85 provided a solution to get started. But I can't proceed because I modified this code block though it threw me an error which said,
Error in cluster(Y, q, df_j, init = init, model = model, precision = precision, :
object 'iterate_t' not found
Have you updated your codes to suit this kind of analysis where the only difference is the number of neighbors?
