This is an interim version of dissemin, its architecture is expected to be further revamped and cleaned.

It includes functional connectors for Zenodo and HAL, harvesters for OAI sources, Crossref, ORCID and Unpaywall.

Compatible with Python 3 and Django 1.11-2.2.

Version with prefetched papers, elasticsearch and HAL interface.
