[FEATURE] add option to hide the sitetitle #62

I have added a new option which allows to disable the page title completely.

This can be configured with the following option:

'diesdasdigital.meta-knight' => [
  'hideSiteTitle' => true,
],

This would resolve Issue #56 as also
