Describe the bug
The AMD ROCm repo used in Omnia is for CentOS7. We need to support CentOS8.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install Omnia on a CentOS8 box w/ an AMD GPU
  2. rocminfo fails

Expected behavior
rocminfo should work.
