This is ok when a builder is created through a `LLVM::Context` as the `finalize` method disposes of all builders [here](https://github.com/crystal-lang/crystal/blob/master/src/llvm/context.cr#L147). However in some locations, when a builder is created not through a `LLVM::Context`, the builder is leaked.
