Bukkit plugin that adds luck modifier to the droprate of PlayerHeads or MiningTrophies

To apply luck effects you need one or more of the following plugins to control:

• Meiskam's PlayerHeads 4.9.2 or higher
• crashdemons' MiningTrophies 0.7.3 or higher
