What is the idea?

As discussed in this comment:
The position of the checkmark/cross mark is not consistent and this makes the output look a bit jarring.

The idea is to fix this. Either align all check marks on the left or on the right.

Why is this needed?

To make the conda doctor output look more uniform and less jarring.

What should happen?

All the check marks/cross marks are displayed on the left or on the right (I vote for left).
