gh pr list search should return non-zero exit code if pull request does not exist #9286

I would expect gh pr list search to return a non-zero exit code if a pull request is not found. Instead:

$ gh pr list -R org/repo --search "foo"
no pull requests match your search in org/repo

$ echo $?
0
