Describe the feature or problem you’d like to solve

Currently when a user runs this issue's titular command, they are met with a beautiful UI that works pretty seamlessly and intuitively. However, there is no way (other than a filter/search bar and scrolling) to really explore the extensions.

Proposed solution

Display # of stars/forks/installs by gh cli users. Allow users to sort by either of these three numbers. It would also be nice if users could rate these extensions, e.g. (1-5 where 5 is the best rating).

How will it benefit CLI and its users?
Give users the ability to filter/organize available extensions by more than just keywords/matching letters.

Additional context

I mention ratings because Stars/Forks and the number of each really does not accurately reflect user experience of each extension but rather just demonstrates user interest/popularity in some cases. Many times, stars are just used as bookmarks.

Add any other context like screenshots or mockups are helpful, if applicable.
