I don't mean with AI or other complicated stuff. Just when the user entered "foobar" the backend searches in title, note, mimetype, textRecognition and tags. This search could be triggered if none of these option-* is given by the frontend.

Currently the user have to choose between title and note which is not that user-friendly.
