Describe the bug
I have a monitor that was a cable issue and sometimes it disconnects and reconnects on its own, this causes wallpapers that are muted and have audio at 0 to play music, the only way to stop it is disabling mute, music continues to play even if audio is 0, and the re-enable mute.

I'm using from arch repository version "r320.53bc82d-1" it was compiled October 17 13:28:17 and installed on October 17 13:40:30, I'm going to update and see if the problem persists

I wasn't able to test like before (the cable is better) but the worst that happen was the music to start for a few seconds and then stop by itself, I will further test when the filter problem is fixed, right now I can't select any wallpaper

I just got the problem again, looking at the commits you did today I doubt any of them fixed the issue

Like I said it happened again when the latest commit was a37f65e, right now I can't really confirm if it is still happening since my cable is better but looking at the commits made after a37f65e I doubt it is fixed but when I have time I will confirm again by disconnecting and reconnecting my monitor.
Edit: Can confirm still happens
