In some scene wallpapers, the video is rendered as terrible noise

This is not about #137.
But I can't figure out why the result is like that.
It's seems that this wallpaper uses a special tex format.
Open as a mark.

The effect of this wallpaper is now playing at a normal speed, but the image is still displayed as noise

I have looked into this tex, and found that it's a video rather than an image.
it's low priority, as I have no plan to implement a video player, and it's also complex to integrating other mature projects.
