There is a way to disable most messages when using howdy config but strangely not this one. I suspect this error message is responsible for some weird behavior in sddm, where when the face recognition fails, the animation of failure is played once again after a second. I think it's because it's taking this error message as a password. This is inconvenient because this means one fewer login attempt before the account is temporarily locked.
