In the issue of the original repo, someone mentioned that this plugin can support external USB cameras, but it can only be used once. ( USB camera: QR scanner works only once #285 )

It seems that this plugin should be able to support external USB cameras, perhaps just by figuring out the correct settings? If successful, this will be the first Cordova plugin to support taking photos with an external USB camera!
