StandardError: An error has occurred, this and all later migrations canceled: Words file not found. Check if it is installed in (/usr/share/dict/words or /usr/dict/words)

Did you

$ bundle install

or

$ gem install randexp

or

$ sudo dnf install -y rubygem-randexp
