As a FBA

When I select a given Fire Centre from the Nav dropdown, that Centre is highlighted on the map,

So That I can easily visually identify the geographical region of that zone.

Acceptance Criteria

  • After selection of a Fire Centre from the navigation dropdown, a thick black outline is applied to the Fire Centre and the map is zoomed to the Fire Centre of the extent buffer so that the borders aren't smushed up against the map frame.
  • Outlined Fire Centre remains highlighted in addition to any selected Zone within that Centre.
  • Advisory bulletin in the side panel always reflects the selected Fire Centre.
  • Fire Centre border is always behind Fire Zone border

Figma mockup as of Aug 14 found here.
