Trading view integration with DEX transactions on-chain

Allows to see the trades / rates /volumes of tokens, traded on Kyber protocol DEX in trading view UI

Uses the pre-fetched database of events from the full ethereum parity node, with queries by event type. The Kyber protocol is parsed, trades are extracted and presented on Trade View interface using Javascript
