[About the feature] Use case description

I am a user of LibreTube.LibreTube uses your library as a player.But they said that they will add this feature if ExoPlayer developers implement it.Otherwise it is not possible.Please add a stable volume function to the player library.In some videos, the volume is quite slow. This stabilizes the volume.Recently, I saw this feature on YouTube. It worked pretty well.🤗
