expose druid cluster version on turnilo UI #1051

We don't see value for our users in this. Turnilo is for non technical users. That said, we're open for contributions. As always we invite you to first discuss shape of potential code contribution. You'd need to think about where get this information from (is metadata endpoint stable, does it depend on Druid installation and/or configuration?) and how (probably at the start, but you still need to handle network request - error handling, timeouts, retries, pending states ...) |
I think it will be nice to expose the druid cluster version turnilo is working on ..
it can be expose on main view , or on info feedback view .
today looking on turnilo UI , end user not aware which druid version cluster is used by turnilo
