I'd like to put a video player on a page, and transition between my pages without losing the playback state, i.e. I'd like that the video continues to play as I go between pages. For this exercise I am just using <video> tag, nothing fancy.
I achieved that by putting the player in the overall layout. Is this the only way to do it? Whenever I put a video tag in pages, even if their HTML/component structure are identical up to the point of encoutering the video tag, the playback stops & resets, which I guess means Aleph.js destroys the whole page component tree and reinitializes it as a new page - is this correct?
