c) Goal - have a more noticeable (I hope) area for discussing and documenting issues users encounter when using Python on AIX - in particular those that can be remedied via packaging.

While I have well over 80% (80-20 rule 😉 ) I do have some final dotting of the i that needs resolution - and I am hoping using the wiki and issues will help me make this more accessible to others looking for suggestions - or just howto move on with using Python on AIX from the lessons I have learned.
