Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Unlike other download managers I've tried, the first step of a download in Motrix seems to be to download a metadata file. This file shows as a normal download in "Downloading" and downloads very fast (with a notification at the end) which was confusing the first few times it happened since I thought the "actual" download had finished.

Furthermore this file seems to litter the download "save to" location and remains there after the download is complete.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'm unsure of the background to this file, is there any information on it? It's a bit of a UX confusion when downloading files and maintenance effort to tidy them up. Can these be more hidden to the user?

Absolutely agree, this was my first confusion upon trying the app out, it makes it into quite a mess with all those files that don't seem to remove themselves. As well as the initial "download finished" notification which gets annoying

Since this is the only info I could find about this metadata file I'm gonna leave my 1 here.

Hello. How can I make it so that after loading the main file, this file is automatically deleted? And then there's trash left
