Azir: yet another work-in-progress tracker

This is a Flask CRUD app that tracks computers and other equipment as I fix them up. It's named after Brandon Sanderson's race of bookkeepers.

User stories

As a technician, I want to know what has been done and what needs to be done on a given device.
As a technician, I want all data entry to be done on my personal phone.
As a technician, I want to be able to scan barcodes with my phone as a method of data entry.
As a manager, I want to export the exact steps that were taken on each device to a customer.
As a manager, I want to export the specs of each device to a customer.
As a manager, I want to see the overall high-level status of my work in progress.

We made this in an afternoon. It's very bare-bones.
