https://reillyeon.github.io/webusb/#device-requirements has a bunch of MUST statements that apply to devices. If a device violates one of these, how does the UA need to respond, especially if the violation is in a field that's read lazily? Does the UA need to immediately disconnect? Does it just ignore that field?
