This is to produce installable .deb packages for users.

Now that we have the initial support for packaging, here is a question: do we want to have it all in one package, or do we want it split into multiple? Perfectly doable, and actually might be better for users who only want/need part of the theme. What's your take?

For what I saw on Debian, icon themes are usually shipped completely bundled. 🤔 multiple packages sound convenient for users, but I really don't know if more than one package is feasible to maintain for us.
