我想把模型部署到移动端，所以使用fpn-mobilenet，然后导出onnx时只支持batch_normlayer，因此将默认的归一化层instance_layer修改为batch_layer，其他参数未修改，在自己的数据集上进行训练时loss一直震荡，将loss修改为ragan-ls后仍然无效，pnsr指标在26-29间震荡。
