Parser and renderer extensions for Markdig.
Wikilinks parsing supports the following link formats:
[[pagename]]
[[pagename|Link display text]]
and the following image formats:
![[photo.jpg]]
![[photo.jpg|Alt text]]
It doesn't have support for anchor links # or Obsidian block references #^.
