Sylius version affected: 1.10.0

Description
When I pay an order, sometimes the pay event is fired twice.

There's no issue about this but one blog post with this statement :

Debugging the issue was not easy, but as it turns out, somehow, the order complete event is fired twice.

I'm also using the invoice plugin and payum (not Stripe).

Edit : Logs show that the cancel event is also fired twice "sometimes".

Steps to reproduce

This is an issue, I have 10 classes that act on "pay" events and don't know how to secure them all.
The issue happens once every 10/15 orders. It's extremely random.
