Fresh install of Sylius 1.13.4 (but it affect a lot of versions under this one)

Description
SyliusCollector is not looking at the right bundle to display the "API" tag properly (red or green).

Possible Solution
In Sylius\Bundle\CoreBundle\Collector\SyliusCollector constructor replace SyliusAdminApiBundle by SyliusApiBundle.
